JoSAA 2017 Eligibility Criteria  – JoSAA 2017 will be conducting seat allotment process for admissions to over 34,000 undergraduate engineering seats across IITs, NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. Successful candidates who qualify the JEE Mains 2017 and JEE Advanced 2017 will be allotted seats depending upon the category that they fall into and they need to fulfil JoSAA eligibility criteria as well. JoSAA Eligibility Criteria 2017

Candidates seeking admission to various IITs, ISM and NITS, are required to fulfil JoSAA 2017 eligibility criteria to be able to seek admission in these institutes. Candidates can have a look at the table given below to know the eligibility criteria.

There is no such eligibility criteria set by JoSAA 2017 for admission to particvipating institutes, however, for admissions to IITs, eligibility criteria of JEE ADVANCED will be applicable, while for admissions to NITs+System, the eligibility criteria of JEE Main 2017 will be applicable.

JoSAA Eligibility Criteria 2017

Candidates seeking admission to various IITs, ISM and NITS, are required to fulfil JoSAA 2017 eligibility criteria to be able to seek admission in these institutes. Candidates can have a look at the table given below to know the eligibility criteria.

JoSAA 2017 – The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) 2017 is responsible for counselling and seat allocation of candidates who will clear JEE Main 2017 and JEE Advanced 2017. JoSAA 2017 will conduct counselling for JEE Main 2017 qualifying candidates and will allot seats for admissions to the participating institutes, which consist of NITs, IIITs and other-GFTIs. Similarly, admissions to qualifying candidates of JEE Advanced 2017 will be offered in IITs and ISM Dhanbad through JoSAA 2017 counselling and seat allotment. There are as many as 92 participating institutes of JoSAA 2017. It is expected that JoSAA 2017 counselling and seat allotment will be conducted in six rounds .
